Fruit Infused Spirits Terms & Conditions

All fruit infused spirits made by Elisabeth Jones and Shlizzy are subject to the following terms and conditions:


All our ingredients are of the highest quality. Due to the nature of fruit, although every effort is made to ensure consistency in the product, the flavour may vary slightly between batches.

All fruit infused spirits contain between 21% and 25% alcohol unless discussed and stipulated. The customer accepts responsibility for the responsible distribution of the alcohol upon purchase.


Fruit infused spirits should be kept in a cool, dry and dark place until they are displayed.


We prefer five months’ notice on fruit infused spirits made to order. However, we will accept shorter notice subject to the availability of stock and the date required.

Any fruit infused spirits ordered from a picture or photo of a favour produced by any other favour maker, can only be reproduced by Shlizzy as our interpretation of that favour and will not be an exact reproduction of the favour in the picture or photo.

Deposits For Larger Orders

We require a 25% deposit on placement of orders for all fruit infused spirits, which is deducted from the final balance payable. Deposits are non-refundable.

Final Balance Payments

50% of balance, is payable 3 months prior to wedding/event date. Final balance payment is due 1 month prior to the wedding/event date.


Cancellation when design has been chosen.  Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment of the balance is required if cancellation is within 1 month of the wedding/event date, 50% of the balance is required if cancellation is within 3 to 1 months of the wedding/event date, all cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or registered post and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure receipt of the cancellation. On receipt of the cancellation you will be sent confirmation email and information of any amounts due at the cancellation date, these amounts must be paid within 7 days of confirmation email, any unpaid balances will be pursued through the small claims court and customers will be responsible for costs and expenses incurred in this process.


The fruit infused spirits will be made to specification. Any changes (e.g. due to availability of bottles) can be photographed and sent via email or social media to the client to have them agreed/discussed/declined.


Any refund given for disputes regarding fruit infused spirits are completely at the discretion of Shlizzy and are not automatic. Full refunds will never be given for any favour which has been consumed regardless of dispute, as consumption of the favour is viewed as your acceptance that it is adequate for the purpose for which it has been supplied.  All fruit infused spirits delivered to venues are photographed from different angles to show quality on delivery we do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the fruit infused spirits or items with them such as stands etc. No responsibility is accepted by Shlizzy once the fruit infused spirits have been delivered to a venue or collected from our shop, or for loss, damage or non-delivery under unavoidable or exceptional circumstances. This in no way affects your statutory rights.


Fruit infused spirits can be delivered and set up subject to availability; any arrangements for delivery may be subject to change, however prior notice will be given where possible.

Fruit infused spirits are to be collected from our premises at a prearranged time and date only.

What Happens Now?

After you have booked your wedding/event favours, what can you expect between now and your big day?

What Shlizzy will do

At the time of booking:
 We enter your wedding/event details into the company diary and work timetable
 Begin the infusion process using they type of alcohol and fruit requested 1 to 5 months before your wedding/event
 Confirm delivery/collection time and place with you
 Begin any decorations for the bottles
 Bottle the alcohol in your chosen bottles prior to 1 week before your wedding/event
 Contact your venue to confirm delivery and set up details with them or confirm collection details with you
 Complete final details before your wedding/event
 Deliver fruit infused spirits as arranged

What we would like you to do

Keep us informed of any changes and amendments to your order/details as soon as they happen, in writing is preferred.
Although unlikely that corkage fees will apply to favours, it is your responsibility to check if the venue charges a fee for alcohol not purchased on the premises.
